Numbers that are the same real phone number but got cached under different-looking formats (dashes, a leading "1", etc.) — usually from before formatting was fully consistent, or from a bulk import. Merging keeps the most recently seen version and removes the rest.

This is a manual reporting tool, not an automatic log — a screenshot is only taken when a rep deliberately clicks "Report an issue" in the extension to flag something Watchdog got wrong (missed a real DNC, or wrongly flagged a contact that isn't). Nothing is captured automatically just from a normal DNC detection. Reports are automatically archived after 30 days — see Recently Deleted to restore anything removed by mistake.

Quick tutorial
A fast rundown of everything on this dashboard — what each part does and why it's here.
The tabs
DNC Numbers — every phone number the team has flagged, shared live across every rep's install. Remove one if it was flagged by mistake.
Snapshot Reports — a manual reporting tool, not an automatic log. A screenshot only gets taken when a rep deliberately flags something Watchdog got wrong.
Users — manage who's an administrator, and set each rep's Standard/Enterprise access level directly. Deactivate a rep who's left without losing their history.
Trends — a quick-glance view of real usage: catches per week, most active reps, and how many warning popups have actually fired.
Access Log — every sign-in attempt that got denied because the account wasn't on the admin allowlist.
Audit Log — every administrative action taken from this dashboard, permanently recorded. The only way to remove an entry is directly in the Firebase console, never from here.
Recently Deleted — anything removed sits here for 30 days before it's gone for good — restore anything taken out by mistake.
The kill switch
The toggle in the header pauses or resumes DNC protection for every rep, company-wide — each rep's extension picks up the change within about 10 minutes (it checks on a timer; it is not instantaneous). Turning it off requires two deliberate confirmations — a warning dialog, then typing the word DISABLE exactly — since it affects everyone at once. Turning it back on is a single click. Use it only if something is seriously wrong and needs to stop.
The status badge
“Watchdog Active” / “Watchdog Disabled” in the header always reflects the kill switch's real current state — the only thing that ever turns it red is the kill switch being off.
Who can access this dashboard
Access is allowlist-based, not open to anyone with a company email — only people explicitly added in the Users tab's Administrators section can sign in at all. Add or remove an admin any time; changes take effect immediately, even for someone already signed in.
Full admin guide
There's a longer, illustrated version of all of this — with screenshots of each tab — that's easier to skim or send to someone new. Open the admin guide.

Who's seen this number
Every time a warning has actually been shown for this number, and to whom — not a summary count, the real per-event history. Answers "did rep X ever have a pop-up for this number," regardless of who first or most recently flagged it.
